Good day!

 

In our company we have the HP LaserJet MFP E52645.

The scan to sharepoint worked without issues, but it suddenly stopped without changing it from our side.

 

We are using the path: https://xxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/Collaboration/Shared Documents/Main-Folder/Subfolder
We selected "Always use these credentials" and added one of our users who is having full rights.

 

But when clicking on "Verify Access" it's trying to load and after a while showing the error:

The operation failed. Please verify your configuration and try again.

When testing the path in a browser and using the same user which is set for Scan-to-Sharepoint, then it's working.

We tried to solve it by adding "AllItems.aspx" at the end of the path but this does not help anymore.

Any idea if there was maybe on microsoft side some changes or something else which is causing the issue. We have the firmware version 5.9.0.2 on the printer(s).
