Product: HP LaserJet MFP M527
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a printer HP LaserJet MFP M527 with FutureSmart 3 touchscreen.  I configure users, but now they do not appear. I try to login as an administrator, but the password is incorrect.

 

I decided to reset the printer, but I can not find how to do it.

Dears,

Greetings!

 

Please I need help with the default administrator code for HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M527.

 

I want to configure users on the printer and I have not been able to do so. When I try navigating to the sign-in part, without success(invalid access code or sign in).

 

Please assist.
