Product: HP LaserJet Pro M402
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I installed a HP LaserJet Pro M402 printer successfully last week, everything worked. Now I received an extra tray and added it according to the instructions. The printer seems to have noticed. I deleted the printer on the computer and added it again and tray 3, the new one appears in the printer options. Still, when I try to print, no matter which tray it first looks like it's working but after a few minutes it just cancels. I have no idea what to try now because there is no error message and everything seems to work. I hope someone can help me soon! Thanks!
