Unfortunately it is not possible to reset the printer to Factory Settings if the Printer is not booted up

 

I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support

Since my printer suddenly stopped to conect to wifi and is not manageable through USB connection - Can I please have the instructions to hard reset the printer? CC: @KrazyToad

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
