I have a new router and I can't connect my printer to the new network. HP had be totally remove the printer from my mac and I'm still not able to find the printer and set up with the new network Beyond frustrating any help to just set this thing back to factory so I can start over?

If the issue persists, the only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
