HP Laserjet M130 series.

59 error including loud noise followed with a poor print quality and toner cartridge coming out of its position, and/or toner access door starts to open by itself.

Source of all above-mentioned symptoms is a bent metal ( U shaped) shaft that is used to lock toner cartridge in position for printing. I am not sure how this happened, a great force needs to be applied to a metal shaft to make it bend close to 180 degrees.

The device is a few months OOW and unfortunately, there will be no repair for this customer.

That piece looks more like the paper tray lift mechanism than anything to do with the toner cartridge. One of the cams on the ends got stuck while trying to turn and caused the shaft to twist. Either the paper tray was not loaded correctly, was broken, a foreign object was in the way, or one of the cam followers was jammed or damaged to cause the cam to get stuck.
