I am having a Laserjet Pro MFP M125nw printer which was connected to my network. It was able to print from my laptop (windows 10) and my desktop (windows 7). But since the last 1 week i am not able to print from my laptop. I believe i might got a windows 10 update. But when i connect the printer in USB cable with my windows 10 laptop it is printing without any problem. But when i add the printer as network printer , i can see the printer, access its webpage, windows is also added the printer, i can scan from the printer but only its not able to print. the windows trouble shooter also didnt find any problems, it even not printing a test page. at the same time, the windows 7 desktop PC is able to print via network. Hi! @Sivajith, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand you have issues printing from your printer after updating your PC to Windows 10.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

As you mentioned you have issues printing from your printer after updating your PC to Windows 10.

Try the steps recommended below.

First, unplug the USB cable from the printer & PC if present.
Go to control panel – Programs and features – Select all HP Laserjet printer entries and uninstall them.
Go to control panel – Devices and printers – Select each of the printer entries and then select remove printer / device.
Now press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
Again go to "run" window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
Now restart your computer.
Open the Run window again, type “services.msc” and press ok to get services window.
Scroll down to “Remote Procedure Call (RPC)” – right-click and go to properties. Make sure the service is started and startup type is “Automatic”.
Now scroll up and go to “Function Discovery Provider Host” – right-click and select properties – Change the startup type to “manual” and start the service.
Repeat the same exercise on “Function Discovery Resource Publication” as well.
Click on http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/dj3630/DJ3630__Full_WebPack_1107.exe to install the printer drivers.
Connect the USB cable if needed.

Also, if you have issues uninstall the printer software using Revo uninstaller.

You can download the software from Google and delete the Laserjet entries from your PC.

Refer this article to further troubleshoot print job stuck in the print queue issues.

Hello Mr.Robot,

I did the same, but unfortunatly it doesn't worked. I have used "HP Print and Scan Doctor" tool and the ststus shows everything is fine. here is the screen shot.

when i send test page from my PC it returns an error, but the internal test page is the printer working perfectly.

This all happened after the last windows update. Here is the printer status shows now. Scanning is working fine, and other windows 7 PC in the network is able to print without any issue.

If i install basic drives, still windows says no compatible driver.

Kindly help.
