When printing from the side manual feed paper tray the first page prints good but second page prints with tons of wrinkles.  Looks like an accordian.  Also noticed on first page the upper left corner is bent down after printing.

Dog ears are usually caused by a small piece of paper in the feed path. Accordion folding is usually the result of paper hitting the fuser while it is not turning. Check to make sure you have the paper size set correctly on Tray 1 so that the printer knows how long the page is and does not try to feed a second page when it should not.
