When I try to print from Word Perfect (ver 11.3) the printer requires tray 1 to manually be fed. This issue only occurs when I try to print from this program. I looked through the printer and Word Perfect settings with no luck.  I would appreciate any help. Thank you!

Sound like your program is asking for a size that is not installed on the printer. When you see this behaviour does it show a prompt for a paper size?

You are right that the issue was with the program. The printing source was set to manual feed and now that I've changed this setting I am no longer experiencing the issue. Thank you!
