Have not used this printer in over 3-months due to wifi being locked by the person who set up the printer.  Well, I set up the printer 10-months ago with no issues.  For those that play golf 2X per year,  HP is about to head that way.  No response after several tries.  Thanks,

If unresolved will be glad to send out an address to pick up this ...... by roadside.

@WD55, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Performing a factory reset is the only way to revoke the network capabilities of the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
