HP OfficeJet 8035 All in One - after ink replace has grinding noise and says Paper Jam with no paper

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet 8035 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer asked for new ink cartridge and I replace B,M and Y cartridges. I may need to have this serviced since it is now making grinding noises when moving the ink carriage, then throws a "Paper Jam" error though no paper is inside it.

Any thing I can do from home, or take it in for service? Still under warranty.

Thank you

@Starcatdreamer, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Check if the ink cartridges are properly seated. Re-insert the same.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Paper Jam Error. Make sure there are no papers stuck inside the printer and the print carriage is moving freely.

Try printing or making a copy and check if the issue is now resolved.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
