I have three hp P1102 printers, neither of them can connect to eprint services. Attempting to connect, the message "Internet connection error" pops up, please help. I was updating the firmware. I changed the bandwidth in the router from 5 Ghz to 2.4 GHz. Restored to factory settings. The problem turned up overnight. The printer connects, it prints via wifi but the eprint service cannot be turned on. Thank you.
