Hi @arjaymanalo,

As I understand you are having printing issues on your HP LaserJet printer. Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

To  provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

How is the printer connected? USB/Wireless?

Do you get any error message on the printer screen or on the computer screen?

Have you performed a Hard reset on the printer?

What is the Operating system installed on the PC? Is it Windows or Mac

In the meantime, let's try these steps here:

Let's start off by performing a Hard reset on the printer and make sure that the printer is connected directly to the wall outlet and not to the surge protector.

Remove all the ink cartridges and then try to perform a hard reset on the printer.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Remove USB cable, if present.

Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.

Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord and then plug back the power cord to the printer.

Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.

Now insert the ink cartridges and then try to print a test page and check if it works.

If your printer connected wirelessly, make sure to temporary connect the device with USB and then follow the link to check for the latest firmware update if available for your printer, using this website

Could you elaborate more on the issue as this will help me in further assisting you?

Eagerly waiting for your response!

I hope you have a good day ahead,

And Feel free to ask your queries as this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.

Hi @arjaymanalo,

Thank you for replying,

I appreciate your time and efforts.

As I understand you are getting an error message while printing. Don't worry as I have a few other steps which should help you to resolve this issue.

Does this happen with all applications?

What kind of paper are you using?

Are you using Genuine HP toner?

Do you get this error message on the printer screen or on the computer screen?

Just wanted to check if you have followed the steps suggested in the previous post. If yes, please respond with the results for further assistance.

In the meantime, if you have followed the steps and still having the issue. I would suggest the next step would be to uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers.

Let's try these steps here:

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2.) Select your HP Printer

3.) Select Uninstall

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers

13 ). Restart the PC

14 ). Now click on this link (Please choose the Operating System and the version before downloading the full feature software for this printer.

15 ). Connect the USB cable only when prompted and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Eagerly waiting for your response!

I hope you have a good day ahead,

And Feel free to ask your queries as this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.
