HP color laserjet Pro MFP M281fdw not working

HP Laserjet Pro MFP M281fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new Laserjet Pro MFP M281fdw just stopped working this morning.  Power will not even turn on.  It was working fine the previous days.  I am located in Paris, France.  I purchased it in late August 2019 and it is only 3 months old.  Is this type of printer now defective?  Also, How do I claim the warranty for this printer and be able to return it because I will need to purchase another one for my work.  Thanks.

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
  6. Turn on the printer.
