HP lets their users solve their own problems with THEIR product

There were 68 questions regarding the WPS Pin on this board. A user solved the problem - AFTER A YEAR.


HP did not solve it. A user did. 


HP doesn't put this information in its documentation but lets its customers wait a year to get an answer. You can't get technical support without a warranty. What kind of company does this?[edit]


I'm done with HP. I'm done with Samsung. This kind of practice - started by Adobe - is a cheap solution for the company and punishes the customers. Either create clear documentation, provide decent and free support, or realize you are never to big to fail. Horrible experience.
