I am using an old program, amending a return filed in 2018 and I need to print pages of the 2010 tax return.

Hi,

As much as I can see online, the ProSeries Professionprogram support printing to PCL 5 printers only, as the M127 uses the PCLmS printing language which is more limited, it cannot be used with such a program that use PDL commands to talk with the printer, any such is not supported by your printer.

 

I suggest verifying this with the program support, it if requires PCL 5 printers indeed, it does not support and cannot use a Laserjet M127 printer.

HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M127-M128 PCLmS usb works with Pro Series Professional 2010 to 2019.  It does not work with Pro Series 2009.   Printer not activated error code 20 and error 10250 show.
