I would suggest that you may want to perform a hard disk format. First make sure you have the current firmware .BDL file on a USB stick. Format and reinstall firmware is done through the pre-boot menu. Turn the printer off, turn on and when all lights on the control panel turn on press the cancel button. You will then see a blue background screen. Scroll down to Administrator, then select format disk. You will be warned that you need to reinstall the firmware after doing this, click ok. The scroll up to download firmware, select the 3rd source option which is usb stick. Printer will prompt to install USB stick in port on printer and then will display the firmware it finds, press ok, printer will show downloading and when finished say "closing repository". Once done, remove the stick, use the back arrow until you see continue and then press ok. Printer will restart and reinstall firmware, just wait for it to come to ready and then go through the setup again.
