Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

How can I reset my HP OfficeJet PRO 8600 Plus to factory settings? Internet went out while on vacation time. When I got back after I reconnected my printer, it couldn't scan to my email anymore. No connection... I was thinking to reset it to factory settings and start over again. Please help!
