How can I setup my HP LaserJet M1217 printer to work with Windows 10?

My HP LaserJet M1217 was working before the last updates for Windows 10.  How can I reload the software so I can set my printer up again? I can get the software package to load into my Windows 10 Computer.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's try this:

Click the Start button on the desktop screen and type %temp% into the search bar, then open the shown Temp folder.
Open the latest HP installation folder which begins with 7z (e.g. 7zS1234)
Double click HpSetup.exe

Tis did not work for me.  I opened the Temp folder and I checked all the folders and files in it and there was no file 7z*******.

Try uninstalling and freshly downloading the drives and then installing the drivers through this way.
