How to correct error message 0x8007007e

@Stu201, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

0x error indicates a hardware issue with the printer. Kindly check for any paper jams inside the printer and make sure the print carriage is moving freely.

Nothing.  It prints a test page.  That's it.  Looks like both my printers have the same error messge.

What model printer are you using?

If you are able to print a test page, it means the hardware of the printer is working fine.

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
