How can I contact HP to have my printer reset?
 
HP on its assist page states that I need to contact HP directly to have my printer reset for the US region (I moved back home from South Africa, where I purchased a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw). I was referred by a support person to the following website, but I am not able to find any support so far: See https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02558798
 
I have purchased a full set of cartridges in the US this week.
 
I followed the steps below. I cannot get throught step 3.

Step 1: Make sure your computer is connected to your printer
Make sure your computer is connected to your printer with a USB or network connection.

Step 2: Obtain compatible ink cartridges for your country/region
Before you contact HP, you must have a full set of genuine HP ink cartridges for your current country/region.
 
Step 3: Contact HP support
Once you have a full set of genuine HP ink cartridges for your new country/region, HP support can reset your printer so it accepts the ink cartridges available in your current country/region. On this page, click Contact Support, and then follow the on-screen prompts to contact HP.
 
Any assistance from HP is much appreciated.
