Hi all!

Have some problems with our office hp 426. It works fine, but at some moments stops to print until i restart it. Before restart i can print diagnostics data, at it looks like ok. I installed the latest drivers on PC, updated MFC firmware, but this problem still happenes. What can it be?

If using on network, make sure that the port type for the driver is a TCP/IP port and not a WSD port. On your PC, go to control panel>devices and pritners and right click the icon for your printer and from the dropdown menu select "printer properties" then click on the ports tab. If it is WSD, click add new port and create a new Standard TCP/IP port using the IP address of the printer.

Alas, with right settings it is still not working correctly. At MFC web page were found 2 errors in log: 49.0675, 49.0121. I read description about it, but still have questions about those errors, coz i have the latest mfc firmware and driver versions. what can it be else?
