Hi, I'm having an issue with my device. When printing, the printer overheats a lot. I mean, the paper comes out rolled. In addition, when connected, it makes some buzzing noise.

Is the printer located in a well-ventilated place?

Yes, it has a lot of space around. It is hot even If i print only one page. And the sound of buzzing is all the time (but louder when the printer is on).
