I realize this is a frustrating time but you need to provide more information. Stopped working could mean a few things such as:

1. Does not print when I sent a job but it looks like it is on

2. Does not scan but printing works

3. Unit is completely dead, no signs of life, even if it is unplugged from the wall for 5 minutes and then reconnected.

4. I hear some sounds and lights but unit never comes to ready.

I would only be guessing to try and answer and waste your time and mine. Please fill in some details on what is happening and what happened just before you had this problem.
