Product: HP Laserjet P2035 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whilst running the disk which comes with the printer it keeps hanging whilst "Installing Advanced TCP/IP Port monitor.  I plug in to the usb port at this stage but nothing is happening.

 

If anyone could help I would be extremely grateful as I have spent about 8 hours so far trying to get the printer up and running.

 

I am using Windows 10.

I have managed to fix this, it was a problem with the lead.  I have fitted a new one and it is all working fine!

I have also tried downloading the drivers from the HP Website but when I look at the programme file under Apps and Features it states "unavailable"
