Did you try printing from different browser and check if that prints fine?

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?

Are you getting any error message?

Windows 10 and no error message, just won't print any Yahoo email, does not recognize print after several attempts.  But am able to print fine via Excel, etc....
