647A CE260A Toner Cartridge

I bought a 647A CE260A Black Toner Cartridge.  When I opened it, there was yellow ink where black ink should be.  It looks exactly like the yellow cartridge does.  Can I still use this cartridge?  Is it a black cartridge or a yellow cartridge?  There is no sticker on it or any serial numbers either.  All of the markings are in line with a black cartridge like "647A."

That is just a thin layer of yellow protective material on new toners it will go away, you can use toner.
