Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi .I buy a HP LaserJet Pro M12w recently. I can not install the soft ware in windows 10. I disable the anti virus but it does not help.

Hi,

What happens when you try installing its software?

 

If the software may extract but doesn't launch, browse to C:\LJPM11-M13_Full_Solution and double-click HpSetup.exe and then check for any difference.

 

Otherwise, or if you experience further difficulties please clarify the exact behavior or error message you experience while trying to install the printer.
