Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a laser jet pro MFP M127fwBlack only.  It started showing a shadow line when printing.  I tried to change cartridge and that didn't make any difference.  I ran the clean print head 2 times and made no difference.

I understand that you are getting a shadow line while printing from the computer.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Please let us know when you make the photocopy, a shadow line appears or not.

 

Please refer to the following link to perform the troubleshooting for this issue.

 

If the issue still persists, please contact our phone support. They will help you.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
