IN MY HP LAPTOP  I CANN'T INSTALL THE FACEIAL RECOGNITION SOFTWARE , I TRIED IT FROM HP CUSTOMER SUPPORT SOFTWARE AND DRIVER AND FROM OTHER SITES BUT STILL THAT SHOWS ERROR TO INSTALL FACIAL DETECTOIN SOFTWARE................ MY LAPTOP  PRODUCT NO.-J6L69PA#ACJ      AND             SERIAL NO.-[Personal Information Removed]

No, your machines does NOT have hardware to support this software. Its specs
