printer bought in Singapore - went to replace one empty ink cartridge and found out your cartridges have to be compatible with where the printer was
Purchased. As per advice on Hp website have bought full set of new cartridges in UK - now says to call HP for how to reset but can’t get through. Could anyone help with how to get printer working?
You need to speak to tech support to get a regionalization code change. Keep in mind this can only be done a limited number of times.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
