I am unable to dispute the HP warranty. All the site does is spin - I uploaded a document and it wont work. I never get good service from HP and they never offer a chat. VERY disappointed!

To dispute, warranty refer to - How to Submit a Dispute to Validate Your Warranty

 

Or you may reach the phone support team for assistance 

 

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

 

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 

6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hi Jay-

 

On Tues Nov 10 I sent an email with a copy of my receipt to  [Personal Information Removed]I have not heard from him even though he told me 2-3 days and they would fix this. 

 

Why cant I get good service from HP? Im so concerned about the fact that you all do NOT stand up to your word. Im a loyal customer and, once again, Im having issues with a product and cant get support. Id appreciate it if someone would get back to me.

Yes I need to downgrade the printer software to the 20200612 software and cant get it to work. Also I have NOT heard from anyone concerning this printer warranty.

Hello-

     THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED! 

 

Why did I get a response saying that the issues are? I need to downgrade the firmware on the printer AND I sent the warranty info to HP many weeks ago and havent heard from them.

 

Can someone who is qualified help?
