Images have black toner bleed when printed

Just got the printer and am printing on 170g paper. I have the paper type set correctly. I have tried all print qualities available and I around the black print there is a "halo" of black toner on every black image or text. The fuser seems to get hot. The paper feels hot when it comes out. What could be causing this?

Original HP toners? looks like an issue with either resistance or humidity. Under print quality settings on the printer you can change both these settings.

could it be the font? The text below that looks just fine. Have you tried "print as image" you may need a post script driver

It is original toners and we have low humidity. It is in an office building and we keep it at 72º

I don't see settings to change resistance or humidity. Can you show screen shots please?

It is not just the font. The font does not have bleed on it. I have saved as a jpeg and printed thru the picture printer and it does it as well. 😞 I am not sure what a postscript driver is or what it does.

Yes they are original HP toner. I don't find that setting in any of the options on the printer settings.
