Laserjet Pro MFP M277dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have purchased replacement cartridges for my Laserjet MFP M277dw printer, and the new batch shows as incompatible. I have checked in the HP site and they are all original, so no counterfeit issue. Based on what I read in other posts, it seems that the problem is the zoning, as I bought my printer in the UK, and I recently moved to the US (where I bought the new batch of cartridges).

Could that be the issue? How can I re-zone my printer to accept the new set of cartridges? Would be expensive to continue ordering the cartridges from the UK...

Thanks

Lucas

That is very likely the problem. You will need to contact Technical support and they should be able to re-code the printer for US.
