HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw

Good morning
I write on this blog because since yesterday my printer ( HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw)  is stucked and shows on the screen the word "Initialisation".
Is there a procedure to restart the printer? A hardware reset?

Thanks

G.

If your printer cannot properly boot then it may have suffered a power short or some other physical damage.

One thing to test is removing all network and USB connections then plugging the printer into an alternative power outlet.  No surge protectors or power strips, just another outlet.  See if the printer can boot.  If it cannot boot from a simple test situation like this then call it in for warranty support or contact a local printer repair tech to ask for a quote.
