Ink cartridge not compatible with hp printer 800 series

I bought hp 800e printer series from currys and was told the ink cartridges we bought separately were compatible unlike the ones in the box which we would have had to pay a subscription with which we didn't want

The “HP 800e series” alone does not match any printer model in our system, so I’m unable to look up the correct ink information yet.

✔️ Please check the front or bottom of the printer and share the full model name, such as:

• HP DeskJet 2820e / 2830e / 2840e
• HP Envy Inspire 7220e / 7920e
• HP OfficeJet 8020e / 8030e
• Or any model number ending with e

Please share the model in your next message (no serial number), and I’ll verify exactly which cartridges are compatible and ensure you’re using the correct non-subscription (standard) cartridges.
