May not be related but check you time and date settings for one. Make sure the firmware on the machine is up to date. Also have your phone provider confirm you do not have line issues.

DATE & TIME  ARE CORRECT BEFORE MIDNIGHT AND AGAIN THE NEXT MORNING AFTER REBOOT

Please turn off caps lock unless you are yelling on purpose. I only asked about the times because of the variance. Is it possible that you have Voip and the line is being shut off or dropping off?
