laserjet pro m402dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting an error message with a ljpro m402dn "supply memory error".  These are the things I have done so far:

* Changed the ink cartridge with a new one

* Inserted a USB flash drive with at least 16GB of storage (It formatted the drive but still gave the error)

* Tried to install the software on another PC.  Would not recognize the printer via usb connection

* Pulled the plug while printer was still on, let it sit for 60 seconds, plugged it back in. 

* Ensured that the chip on the cartridge is making contact when inserted.

* Ensured there are no tabs still in the cartridge. 

* Searched through forums for possible solutions.
