I was going crazy trying to get double-sided scanning to work on this product, and although I had seen it work once, cold not figure out how I did it.

It is not totally automatic, as previously noted, the device does not do that. However, it has a double-sided scanning option that allows the document feeder to read all of the front sides and then re-insert the sheets to scan the back.

Follow the directions once you find the right applications.

pick:

There are a lot of useful things that are installed from that including the specific scanning application for that printer and an OCR, which is fun to play with.
