Product: Laserjet pro MFP m125a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I have 2 computers running Win10, one of them is working fine with the printer and the other is not printing.

 

I removed and installed the driver many times with no luck, scanning function is working fine, even in printing, the documents are spooled, and queue shows (printing) however nothing is sent to the printer, then documents get out of the spool as if they are printed.

 

Installed HP doctor and all diagnostics and all are fine and doesn't show in issue.

 

It works for me once, when i choosed another printer driver (not for M125) but windows blue screen showed after.

 

Printer HW is ok as it already printing from my second PC
