@eisjeff1, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I see that you've issues connecting the printer to the new network, follow the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change for help as it has alternate connection methods that can be used.

Also, you can refer to the document HP Printers - 'Invalid Passphrase' Error for additional help.

Keep me posted.

Followed both links and no help. Uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, made sure firmware was updated when through the entire installation process and still it says wrong passphrase.

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps!

Could you try the USB to Wireless connection?

Refer to the document HP Printers - Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection for help.
