So, I bought this printer back in August, just took it out the box because we bought it for our new office and waited until we moved in to use it. I took the printer out the box and noticed the rear door was slightly open, tried to close, wouldn’t close. I open and start to inspect and find this little black plastic piece. Has anyone else had this issue?

Looks very similar to a cover used on the M477. The red area I circled is usually where that clips to cover cable connections. I do not have a 479 in front of me but might be able to look at one on Monday if this does not help . Post back to let me  know.
