HP LaserJet Color CP5225dn

My HP Color LaserJet CP5225dn tray 2 cannot close, thereby prompting load paper. If I close the tray, it will pop out. If pressed it in and held it, the prompt will stop and ready light comes up. Please kindly help, it is urgent.

Thank you for your kind assistant.

Hello, when you remove the tray completely, try looking inside to see if there is anything causing the tray to not sit properly or causing it to pop out.

I have done that, but the problem persist.

Okay, so when you close the tray and hold it, do you hear any noise? Like a popping or snapping sound? Also, when you looked into the tray without the tray installed how does the media sensor look? Also look at the little white arm at the back of the area and see if it looks odd?
