HP Color LaserJet MFP M577
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

i am having the following issue with an HP Laserjet M577 while printing relatively large jobs (40page document, with 20 copies each run) while using the duplex mode.

Nearly every page of the job gets printed in duplex, but sometimes some direct following pages get printed in simplex (2 pages).

The problem occurs sometimes at the end of a copy, sometimes at the beginning.

So i can't narrow it down to a specific page in the document.

An then, in the next batch of 20 prints, we don't have any issues at all.

The printer does not stop and does not recognize this as an error.

We have swapped the paper type from a lightweight "local Office Dealer brand" to original HP Paper, which did only resolve our paper pickup problem of tray 1.

Any Ideas?

My first idea was, that the paper sticks together and gets duplexed with two sheets at once.

But after looking at the paper output tray, the sheets come out one after another.

With best regards,

Stefan
