Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Alright, my LaserJet Pro 300 color MFP m375nw, has been having a lot of issues lately...
When I try to print more than 1 page, whether E-PRINT, via "Printer cable", or any other way. It just displays a jam message,
When you open up either paper slots during this message, there is either paper half way in (It's always half way in, if inserted in paper slot 1, half way in, in the paper slot 2 area), or just below the paper tray (of 2), but if you just press OK when it does this, it just continues printing, then "jams" again, after the next page.
I have factory reseted it (I first thought it was double grabbing paper? I still haven't "unconfirmed" this), and I have also confirmed it has the latest firmware update and patches. (Also are the rollers supposed to be gray with a bit of texture? Like the 3...where the final result comes out)
I have no idea what to do next, any help is appreciated thank you a lot guys.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This was worse today (before factory reset), it wasn't printing at all anymore, everytime you gave it a document to print, it would display the same jam message when grabbing paper, or not grab at all!

The rollers grey with a rough surface. Challenge is at a very small part of the roller does the actual pickup and if worn or dirty will impact feeding. As well wrong paper size settings can cause issues, make sure that the printer itself has correct settings that match installed media and that printer driver does as well.  If roller is dirty you can try cleaning with a water dampened cloth.

Sorry for the late response, but I'm going to assume the 3 rollers at the front are meant with the cleaning and the pickup and the wearing..(The ones where the final result comes out)!
Ill give it a KUDOs, let me see if that's actually the issue!
Thanks
