Product: Laserjet Pro 400 M451dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello, I have a laserjet 400 pro, It was working fine, Now it will not print any majenta. I have run thru many of the online suggestions. 1. not a print driver, it does the same from several pc's in my house network(win 7 64, and 32 bit machines). The test page shows the toner at 100 per cent, yet does not print majenta like the others. I tried several new toner cartridges. All do the same. It sees the majenta cartridge, yet does not print any majenta, all the other colors are fine. Any ideas on what board, or other issue might cause this. Prior to these issues the transport belt shreaded, and I had it replaced. The majenta problem started some time after the belt replacement. Thanks DanC
