Product: Laserjet 4250

I have been searching the parts catalog for a part number and have not been able to find what I'm looking for.  I am getting a supply memory error when installing the toner cartridge into the 4250.  The toner cartridge is not the issue as I have tried 3 seperate toner cartridges.  However, the contact assembly on the printer for the toner memory chip is missing the pins on the right side of the assembly that makes contact with the chip.  I need to find the part number for this contact assembly to order and replace.
