HP Recommended
Product: Laserjet Pro CM1415fnw color MFP
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

When I switch it on, it starts to initialise.

The next step is a grey screen and on top of the screen a red dot and an exclamation mark.

Unplugging it and reconnect it after 60 sec gives the same result.

 

Please advise

Mysteriously the problem solved itself.
