I am unable to print either using Android or Microsoft PC. It was ok a couple of days ago, it could become a bit slow though.
I've printed the configuration and wireless network test reports and both of them seems to be ok.
My devices recognize the printer just unable to connect when requesting password. Also, I don't recall using a password with my mobile the first time I set it up and never used it in pc before.

Perform a power reset
Update the printer firmware

Then try to connect the printer and check if that works.
