Product: m252dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

My laserjet Pro M252dw won't print is says printer tray 1 is low , but it is full. I press OK to continue but it does nothing. I've done usual turned it off & back on. disconnected printer cable and turned off everything still won't print, I get the same message.

Help?
